Rural Staff Management
This training provides current and future farming employers with the skills to recruit and develop high-performing teams, manage employee performance and understand legal responsibilities as employers. The course contains four one-day workshops which can be completed separately. It is recommended that all four are completed to gain maximum benefit. Each workshop runs for eight hours. Read more
Prohand – Stockmanship and Welfare
Prohand is an internationally acclaimed course on stockmanship and animal welfare and is available through the Massey University as part of NZPork’s training initiatives.
