NZPork are presenting at the second Environment Waikato Regional Council’s Effluent Expo. The Expo is free to attend and is being built as a one-stop-shop for effluent management solutions.

The Effluent Expo is aimed at delivering effluent management advice to farmers, helping them to be compliant with effluent management rules in the Waikato region. Environment Waikato team members will also be on hand to answer your compliance questions.

The Expo also provides opportunities for producers from outside the Waikato Region, as over 40 exhibitors (suppliers and consultants) from around New Zealand will be on hand to answer questions and present new technologies.

The 2012 Meat Executive Program will be held at the Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education in Victoria from the 28th of October to the 2nd of November 2012.

The program is for current and emerging leaders, from throughout the supply chain in the Australian and New Zealand meat industry (all segments). It is a unique blend of professional development, skill enhancement, industry forum and practical learning experience, with a particular focus on the supplier/retailer interface. This year the course will again include case studies with senior executives from both Coles and Woolworths as well as a chicken industry leader's panel.
